Rudolph L. Glasel was born in New York on 19-Feb-01. In Rye his families address was 525 Halstead Avenue. Rudolph enlisted and served in the U.S. Navy during World War II.

GLASEL, JENNIE (GIOVANNA) PICO Jennie (Giovanna) Pico Glasel, born May 4, 1909, in New Jersey, died peacefully in her Ocean Beach home on February 7, 2009. Jennie came to San Diego in 1954, where she met her beloved husband, the late U.S. Naval Warrant Officer, Rudoph L. Glasel. She learned to play the violin at age 17 and played with several orchestras, until she was 94. Jennie is survived by her step-son, Jay A. Glasel, PhD, and four generations of nieces and nephews. A devout Catholic, Jennie was a dedicated parishioner at the Sacred Heart Church in Ocean Beach.
